The room at this hotel was very nice, updated and comfortable. We especially enjoyed having a microwave and fridge in the room. The bathroom and towels were clean and fresh. The hotel's location was also convenient, being close to attractions and shopping.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the hotel seemed to lack proper communication regarding special requests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location was perfect, with easy access to the outlets and the Rochester area. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.

The location of the hotel is great, with several good restaurants in close proximity. One reviewer mentioned Aladdin's restaurant in nearby Pittsford, which offers fantastic food and a lovely view of the Erie Canal. Another reviewer enjoyed dining at Siam Fine Thai Cuisine, which not only had amazing Thai food but also provided a nice view of the river. the hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the "vending" area, making it easy to grab a quick snack or drink without having to go far.

They mentioned that multiple computers couldn't connect to the wireless and even the front desk person couldn't help. This is certainly a letdown, especially considering that even Motel 6 offers free wireless.

Pleasnt front desk staff and breakfast kitchen worker. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and juccuzi . We were impressed with the breakfast buffet since there were a few protein options among the many carbs. It was a calm and cheerful environment. The bed and room were comfortable. We would return.

Staff was extremely rude upon check in. Asked for a email receipt several times never received it. Rate was outrageous. wanted to book additional rooms but the staff wanted to charge me double the Booked.net rate. When I questioned them they were snippy and down right abrasive with me. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with two queen beds that were extremely comfortable. The attention to detail was impressive, from the quality LCD TVs to the well-equipped fitness center. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including hot waffles and the usual continental fare. this hotel provided great value for money and exceeded my expectations.
